The tester / final-controller further filters down the quality in outgoing vehicles. The further on-slaught is at the hands of the service advisors who test the vehicles as per the check-lists before delivery to the customers. Service advisors physically deliver the vehicles to the customers and necessary explanation of the jobs carried out is provided at a personal level.
